I as a cooking instructor myself, always believed cookery classes with hands-on-sessions are beneficial to students. Participants will get to feel and understand ingredients, regulate heat control, troubleshoot problems can be explained by the Master.

In March, Master Lim Bian Yam had a cookery class with hands-on-sessions. Students from Australia, Singapore, Penang and Klang Valley packed in, it was an enchanting 10 days course for participants, comprising gentlemen and ladies. The valuable learning opportunity promoted the joy of cooking and baking as an art.
